| Capabilities: | |
| A working knowledge of FCAW, GMAW, or SMAW welding processes must be demonstrated. Metal cutting by use of oxygen/acetylene torch, plasma cutting torch, metal cut-off saw or band saw required. Ability to use various hand tools (grinders, drill motor, tape measure, etc.) for tasks of assembly or disassembly may be required. A basic working knowledge of various types of metals (corten steel, stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized) helpful. Welding applicant must have welding hood and gloves as minimum equipment. Ability to read, understand, and work from detailed blueprints (including knowledge of AWS welding symbols) may be required. Able to understand instructions and carry out tasks as required by supervision. Able to lift up to 50 lbs., in repeated bending and stooping motions. Able to keep work area clean. Describe activities performed daily and account for them in the current timekeeping system. |

| Pre-employment Requirements: | |
| Must be able to pass FCAW / SMAW ¼” 6G tube V-Grove welding test or GMAW square grove butt, flare bevel, and fillet T joint welding tests as required. I understand that if a conditional offer of employment is made, I must pass a drug test, and agree to both a criminal background and worker's compensation check before I can begin work at Colorado Railcar MFG., LLC.
