The new trailers feature:

• High Capacity Seating – Single level has 92 seats with a control cab.
• Full ADA Accessibility – Roll-on boarding helps reduce station dwell time. Used in combination with the DMU, the consist provides mixed platform service. All ADA amenities are at low-floor level including restrooms and wheel chair tie downs.
• Designed to Meet FRA’s 49 CFR Part 238 Specifications – Designed for mixed freight usage, the low-floor trailer will meet the same structural requirements as the DMU including the 800,000 pound compression buff load stress test.
• Trailer Parts Compatibility – For common systems, trailer components and parts are interchangeable with the DMU.
• Flexible Cab Configuration – Cab controls are available as an option.
• Model Options – Trailer(s) can have an aerodynamic nose or
  squared end.
• Glass Domed Roof Option – Trailers may be equipped with either a
  steel roof with flat side glass or patented glass domed roof offering panoramic views.
