Job Outline: Auto Body

Experience:
Work history experience in auto body work or similar work in a related field considered. A working knowledge of auto body hand tools, and the ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude, preferred.

Work Hours:
Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: 3:30 p.m. - Midnight

Pay Range:
$13.50 - $15.00/hr
Shift Differential: $2.00


Capabilities:
Must have general knowledge of bondo mixing, application and use. Have a working knowledge of how to prepare metal surfaces, including grinding, sanding, taping, and primer application.

Ability to operate basic hand tools (grinder, sander, drill motor, rivet gun, hammer, tape measure, utility knife, hand saw, etc.) to perform various tasks of assembly or disassembly may be required.

Able to understand instructions and carry out tasks as required by supervision.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs., in repeated bending and stooping motions.

Able to keep work area clean.

Describe activities performed daily and account for them in the current timekeeping system.
